Behavior regulations on the «FP CLUB» game server

Good mood, sense of humour, goodwill, the indulgent relation to weaknesses and mistakes made by partners in the game and by spectators in the halls, the correct way of conducting disputes are very much welcome on the game server «FP CLUB».

When breaking rules you may be asked to change your behaviour, you can be banned for a while or be expelled from the club.

  • The HALL ńhat is for moderate communication between people and one time announcements.

  • The TABLE ńhat is for the communication related to the game. The table chat can be on random topics but without insults.

  • The PRIVATE chat is intended for personal contact.

If you do not like a chat of your table partner you are free to interrupt the game and leave the table. You are not obliged to explain the reasons. The Game in its substance is a free will business. Please, try to abstain from the remarks to partners which are not related to the game. If you do not like the behaviour of your virtual partner simply distance yourself from it.

It is categorically NOT RECOMMENDED to wrangle with a moderator!

(Including private messages) and in general, somehow to hinder him, to discuss his personality and actions. Remember that the moderator has the right to apply to you ANY measures without any notice if he considers that you hinder him to fulfill the duties.

  1. You have the right:

    1.1. To communicate freely in a chat with other players following these very rules and taking into account restrictions mentioned below.
    1.2. In case of the arisen questions or conflicts to address to a moderator of the chat pressing the button “M” to solve the problem.

  2. It is forbidden in the chat:

    2.2. Personal insults, «bickerfests»;
    2.3. Screen spamming;

  3. Forbidden as well:

    3.1. Remarks related to advertising or commercial topics;
    3.2. The statements obviously containing illegal actions;
    3.3. Discussion of «Behaviour Regulations on the game server «FP CLUB», actions of administration and moderators in a hall chat;

    - Rules are rules. Good they are or bad but they exist and they are necessary to be followed.

    3.4. Any other actions displeasing players and administration/moderators;
    3.5. To write the veiled obscene words with the passed letters or with the inserted asterixes instead of letters etc. It will be considered as an obscene abuse.

    - Even if obscene words were the answer to obscene statements of other players, actions have to be taken towards both clashing players in order to keep justice and to solve the conflict.

    - If one of the arguing part "becomes silent" and the other part continues arguing measures will be taken to the part which continues the conflict.

    - If the conflict is ceased but censorial remarks come from the third parties and this provokes the conflict prolongation then to these third parties will be applied measures on the chat protection.

    3.6. To use rough and obscene words, provoking names, the offensive information, obscene photos and pictures, to place someone else's private information in nicks and in the information of the player.

    • The Chat of the special actions held in the Club (tournaments, conferences, meetings) can have the specific restrictions which can also become the reason of the measures taking on the chat protection.

  5. Additions:

    5.1. The moderator has the right to limit the access to a chat of any user or group of users without giving any reasons.

    - Besides for prevention of the scandal continuation in a chat the moderator can demand to stop the discussion of ANY theme if he considers it "explosive". (In particular to such themes refer the following: seeding of national discord; propaganda of drugs; appeals to violence; ironic and provocative remarks to other players, moderators and administration).

    5.2. There is an Institute of moderation in Club chats;

    - It means that some people who have appropriate powers can dismiss you from a chat for unseemly behaviour (to ban, to dismiss from the club).

    - These people bear personal responsibility and are accountable to administration of the club for taking such a decision.

    5.3. It is forbidden to discuss in a chat the actions of moderators;

    6.4. The Judge is obliged to provide for the regulations observance by all participants of tournament (the Judge also needs to know and to observe the regulations himself).
    6.5. For infringements of regulations by participants it is applied:
    • Warning, ban;
    • Penalty imposition;
    • Participant exclusion from the tournament;
    • Putting the subject about disqualification of a player or a team from the Tournament for a certain term in the face of Judicial committee;

    - Punishment cannot be less severe than the specified in a corresponding Regulation clause but still can be more severe. The Judge publishes the decision on application of punishment in a chat hall.

    6.6. All management of a tournament course is carried out by Judge of the tournament.
    6.7. The judge independently takes all decisions during the tournament.

    - The judge has no right to delegate to anybody (except Judges-2,3) the right of the decision making being in his competence.

    6.8. Any decision of the Judge during the tournament should be immediately executed by participants.

    - The appeal can be made only after the tournament termination.
