Rules of the «Knockout» tournaments carrying out on preference

«Knockout» tournament on preference is held at the beforehand fixed time.

It is possible to register for the participation in a tournament within 1 hour before the beginning of the tournament.

Players wishing to participate in a tournament come to the tournament hall during the registration time and press the button «Register». (Tournament halls are located in a «Tournaments» tab).

The sitting in every round is in random. Players sit by three. If a number of players is not 3-tuple then last tables are sit by four players. Game time in all rounds is 40 minutes. After time expiration the unfinished pools are calculated after last deal finishing.

The tournament prize pool consists of 100% of the players’ deposits and an external prize pool. 60% of the prize pool gets the winner of a tournament. 40% is shared equally fifty-fifty between finalists.

A player disqualified in the Final does not get prizes. If there are several winners then prizes are shared between them fifty-fifty in such a way that the loosers would have got the same as if there was only one winner.

The basic conventions of the tournament:

• Preference version – Piter;
• Limit (in Russian «proschet») -2000;
• Pool length - 20;
• Waiting time – 3 minutes.

In case of the player’s connection his partners get compensation equal to +1000 whists.

Players gained not less then 1 whist in the round, pass to the following round.

Players ranging in a tournament is organized first of all by the quantity of the played games and then by the quantity of whists in last party.

If the tournament players quantity at the beginning of the round is 2 or 5 players then 1 more player is added to them who gained the greatest quantity of whists in last round among those who left the tournament.

If 1 player is left at the tournament then he is considered a winner of the tournament and the tournament is finished.

If the tournament players quantity becomes less than 5 then the final game is announced. After the end of this game the tournament comes to the end.

Substitutions are not allowed in the course of the tournament. Any player has the right to leave the tournament at any moment.

A tournament player can be disqualified in a case:

• The lead time exceeding;
• Deliberate time delay;
• Simultaneous game at several tables of a game server;
• Unworthy behaviour (under Moderator notification).

Disqualification is valid till the end of a tournament. At repeated violation the disqualification is valid for the following free tournament. Starting from the 3rd violation the player will be disqualified on the current and 2 subsequent free tournaments.

Tournaments beginning at 20.00 (Moscow time) will be added in the final scoring of the Club Championship on evening preference.

Regulations of the Club Championship on evening preference

The championship prize pool is 100€ and is allocated between players who took first three positions in the ratio 55€, 30€ and 15€. At position sharing the prize is allocated between players equally.

1. The Championship is held within one calendar month.
2. All tournaments on the evening preference held within a month, go to championship scoring.
3. A player gets points for the championship scoring for every played tournament.
4. The tournament winner gets additionally 2 points in a championship scoring.
5. Players are ranged basing on a sum of points in the championship scoring. At equality of points the position is shared.
6. Players gained first 3 places get additional prizes from «FP CLUB»: a book «Russian preference» by Dmitry Lesnoy. At position sharing a priority in a book reception has the player who played smaller quantity of tournaments. In case of equality of this indicator the quantity of victories, then the second, the third etc. positions is considered.

The organizing committee has the right to make changes to Regulations of tournament before the tournament start.

Prizes payment is held within 24 hours from the moment of the tournament end (if no appeals were taken).
